You must not use a website, form, email or account we provide or manage to:

  • break any law, or help anyone else to;
  • publish anything that infringes someone else’s copyright, trade mark or other rights;
  • publish anything defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful or obscene;
  • make misleading claims about your products, prices, qualifications or results, including claims that breach the CAP Code;
  • publish fake reviews or testimonials, or hide incentives given for reviews;
  • send spam, or marketing that breaks the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations;
  • collect personal data without a lawful basis and a clear privacy notice;
  • store payment card details on our hosting (use a payment provider that is PCI DSS compliant);
  • host malware or phishing pages, or attack or probe other systems;
  • sell or promote regulated products or services, such as gambling, financial products or medicines, without the licences and wording the law requires;
  • use more server resources than a normal small business website, for example for file sharing or crypto-mining.

What we may do

2.1If we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, we may remove or disable the content, or suspend the website or service. Where we can, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix it.

2.2We may act without notice where the law requires it, where there is a risk to people, or where our systems or other clients are at risk.

2.3We may report illegal content or activity to the police or the relevant authority.

2.4Serious or repeated breaches allow us to end the contract under our terms of business.

Report a problem
